Each tile is produced with a great deal of know-how and extraordinary craftsmanship. To understand the wishes and ideas of our customers, we create a mutual cooperation with them in which everyone exchanges and works together toward the same goal. We want to give that uniqueness to your rooms.

This is what ORO BIANCO HANDMADE TILES can do. We turn special things into unique.
At our workshop in the Kannenbäckerland region, we combine traditional craftsmanship with meticulous attention to detail. On its journey to becoming a finished tile, each piece undergoes numerous stages of production and passes through the hands of eight specialists in the fields of ceramics and glazing. The clay deposits of the Westerwald form the most important basis of our production and forge a direct link between our ceramics and their place of origin.
As far back as the Baroque period, products from the Kannenbäckerland were renowned beyond the region’s borders for their high quality. At that time, family-run businesses, small workshops and medium-sized firms could be found throughout the Westerwald. Although competition was fierce, the master potters – known at the time as ‘Kannenbäcker’ – were admired for their craft for generations. The light-coloured clays, in particular, are distinctive and earned them great renown as the ‘white gold of the Westerwald’ – ORO BIANCO.
We uphold this heritage with dignity and proudly carry on the art of ceramic manufacturing.
At our workshop, we ensure that the raw materials we use – mainly regional clays from the Westerwald – are utilised as efficiently as possible. Recyclable residues from production are collected in a controlled manner, processed and reintroduced into the production process. In this way, we are able to reuse some of the materials used within our manufacturing process.
